- Once your order is packed, tracking details come to you on WhatsApp.
The unboxing video rule
Please record one continuous video while opening your parcel, from the sealed package to the jewellery. If anything arrives damaged or missing, share the video on WhatsApp and it gets sorted quickly. Claims without an unboxing video cannot be accepted.
Caring for your jewellery
- Put it on last: after perfume, lotion and hairspray.
- Take it off before bathing, swimming or the gym.
- Wipe with a soft dry cloth and store each piece in its pouch or box.

After you send your bag on WhatsApp, Gracewithcharm confirms stock and shares UPI or bank details.
Can you pack it as a gift?
